Lunch "Costa Vida" Style

So we said Lunch would be "Costa Vida" style and that may make no sense to some people. (Trisha, our wonderful reunion planner has never been there.)

So just in case you've never been to Costa Vida...

It's also the same as Cafe Rio.....

If you've never been there it's very close to the same as Chipotle...

If you've never been to any of those (that makes me sad), it's basically a build your own super yummy fat burrito with sweet pork, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream etc.

It's waaaaaaay yummy and I think you will like it. I also think next time you're near Val Vista & Baseline you ought to check out Costa Vida....or Gilbert and Baseline for Cafe Rio. They are oh so yummy.

Until then you will have to enjoy our mock version of it reunion weekend. I like food.
